funding

We at Vedantu are delighted to announce that we have been backed by $5M Series A funding from Accel Partners and Tiger Global. We thank the folks at Accel and Tiger for believing in the vision of Vedantu and in partnering with us on our mission to make education more personalized and democratic.

We take this opportunity to thank all our students and their parents who have put their trust with us and have been superbly supportive of our initiatives. We are innovating like never before and building a far better teaching and learning experience on Vedantu. So just keep an eye out for some big updates 🙂

Backing from two of the biggest names in global VC industry is a huge confidence booster for all of us. This funding will allow us to expand our team and accelerate the innovation efforts at Vedantu to make Live Online 1-to-1 Tutoring the most effective mode of teaching and learning possible. To establish people’s trust by making them aware of the immense potential that lies in Live 1-to-1 Tutoring  and in-turn bringing a revolution in the way we teach and learn is vedantu’s long term endeavour.

We are super excited about our journey and just can`t stop thinking about the awesomeness which lies ahead. That sheer thrill of possibilities….

We won`t stop, won`t rest till we achieve this goal.

Godspeed!

Congrats on the funding. Product looks good…it’s basically a online collaboration tool used for teaching. Are you on marketplace model? the blog on product has some good (& funny) assumptions…will love to learn how you tackling those. All the best 🙂
